TRAINER
I started my career in fitness after injuring my knee and not being able to play competitive sports anymore. I got certified in both Primary Group exercise and spinning in 2003. I taught up in the Boston area for a couple of years before I moved to RI. For 8 years I taught boot camp and spinning at East Bay Fitness/426. To focus on my new Kindergarten position and raising my young twins, I took a short break from instructing. Recently, I started teaching an after school fitness class for the teachers of the BWRSD and am so excited to start teaching at Anchor! I have a passion for fitness and love sharing that with everyone around me!
